Refund/ Exchange Policy

By purchasing on our website, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

All sales are final. No returns/refunds/cancellation are accepted.

Exchange are only allowed if all the conditions are met:

• applicable for local orders only
• change of size for the same product or design from the same brand
• exchange has to be done within 7 days from the time you receive the item
• item must is in its original condition received (new with packaging and tags intact)
• receipt of proof of purchase

Kindly email to bathhauz@gmail.com and state your order number during the request. Any exchange requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. 

You can choose to mail back the item or exchange at our office directly. The return address will be provided after your exchange request has been approved. We will not be liable for any lost mail if you return the parcel using non trackable shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We reserve the rights to reject any exchange if any of the conditions are not met and any final decision lies in the management of Bathhauz Pte Ltd.
